Delivery

We offer several different options for you to take home your furniture:

- Collection in person from our workshop in Minehead, Somerset is free. We are located in a beautiful part of the UK. Make a day of it and go home with a nice souvenir! Contact us to set up a date and time to collect. Please select ‘Workshop pick up’ at the Checkout.

 

- Free local delivery to anyone living within a 5 mile radius of our workshop. Contact us and we can set something up. Select 'Minehead and surrounding area' at the Checkout for this option.

 

- If you are not in a hurry, we make a once a month delivery round to anyone located in EX or TA postal codes for £30 per item. Select delivery to EX and TA postal areas at Checkout.

 

- We have a couple of trusted third-party couriers that deliver to most of mainland UK for £65.00. I'm afraid we cannot currently deliver to BT, KY and HS postcodes and there might be an additional charge for delivery to the following postcodes; LL, SY, AB, NR, KW, IV, FK, PH, PA, DD and HS. Please Contact us if you are located in any of these regions.

 

- We aim to get items delivered to your home within 3 weeks of purchase, although it is often faster than this. If you require an express delivery please contact us and we will see if we can arrange something.

 

- Within 10 days of purchasing the item and providing your delivery information one of our couriers will contact you direct by Email or text message to confirm a delivery date. If this date doesn’t suit you, you can rearrange a suitable time with the courier at this point.

 

- Please note that our couriers offer a one man delivery and help will be needed at the point of delivery to unload the item into your home. Please inform us before purchasing the item if this isn’t possible.

 

- Orders are delivered 7 days a week and at various times of the day, depending on where you are located on the driver’s planned route, so some flexibility might be needed.

 

- Please ensure that the item will fit through any entry points before purchasing. The delivery cost is non refundable if the item doesn’t fit and an additional delivery fee will be applicable to return the item to our workshop.

- We can offer a lower delivery price per item if you are buying more than one piece of furniture. Delivery of 2 items is £90 and delivery of 3 items is £120. Please contact us for a quote for delivery of more than 3 items.

 

Returns Policy

​

1. We regret that we cannot offer refund or exchange on any of our vintage furniture items. Please thoroughly read the item descriptions and inspect the photos of the product before purchasing. You are also welcome to arrange a time to visit us in our workshop and inspect the item in person.

 

2. If you believe that there is a flaw or imperfection that was not detailed in the description or the item was damaged during delivery please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will endeavour to find a solution.

3. Please ensure that the item will fit through any entry points before purchasing. The delivery cost is non refundable if the item doesn't fit and an additional delivery fee will be chargeable to return the item back to our workshop.
